Easy steps to making lunch reservations

2. Receive confirmation email

2. Receive confirmation return call

Types of Reservations 

Month by Month Reservation:  Each month, you must contact Carol Myers and provide your GGCC membership number, pay online, or mail a check to GLC Reservation at  PO Box 382524 Birmingham, AL  35238 by the deadline. If you don’t email, call, or pay online, or we don’t receive your check in time, we cannot guarantee a lunch for you.      

Standing Reservation:  

With a GGCC member number, you would have a confirmed reservation for every month without having to remember to notify Carol Myers.  If you cannot attend on a certain month, you must contact Carol to cancel by the deadline. If you don’t let us know of the cancellation, you will be charged for the lunch (your GGCC number will be charged, or you must mail a check to us).   

Non-Greystone CC members may sign-up for the Standing Reservation list by prepaying for the entire year ($160).  No refunds will be given for canceling, but you may find someone to fill your spot.  Simply let Carol know who will be your substitute and have that person pay you directly for their meal.      

Waiting List:  Requests after the deadline will go on a waiting list. If there are cancellations on the regular list, you may be able to get a lunch reservation. But there are no guarantees!  

NOTE: Luncheon reservations can only be made with our GLC reservations coordinator Carol Myers.  Please do not call the Country Club as they cannot accept reservations.
